Poor service
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent service experience I had at your establishment, Mr. Tire located at 900 N.
East Street. On March 16, 2024, I entrusted Mr. Tire with the task of switching the rims and tires on my vehicle. Prior to leaving my car in your care, I specifically communicated with the manager, Pete, emphasizing that I would be retrieving the other rims and tires upon completion of the service.
Regrettably, upon collecting my vehicle, I discovered that one of my tires, a Pirelli P Zero, had incurred irreparable damage while under the care of your establishment. Despite my attempts to address the matter with Pete, I was disheartened by the lack of professionalism and accountability displayed. Instead of engaging directly with me, Pete delegated the resolution to another employee, who callously dismissed my concerns, asserting that such incidents are commonplace and refusing any form of compensation. Furthermore, I was dismayed to find that the quality of service extended beyond the damage to my tire.
Upon driving my vehicle, I immediately noticed a significant increase in ride discomfort. It was only after my tire pressure monitoring system alerted me to a potential issue that I investigated further, discovering that my tires had been overinflated to a dangerous 90 psi, well beyond the recommended maximum of 50 psi for Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. This oversight not only compromised my safety but also posed a severe risk of a blowout. As a conscientious consumer, I am deeply troubled by the disregard for safety protocols and the lack of competence exhibited by your team.
It is alarming to consider the potential consequences of such negligence, which could have resulted in catastrophic outcomes. In light of these concerning experiences, I feel compelled to caution others against patronizing Mr. Tire at 900 N. East Street.
The disregard for customer safety and the deficient level of customer service underscores the urgent need for corrective action within your establishment. I strongly advocate for a comprehensive review of safety procedures and customer service standards, commencing with thorough training initiatives for all staff members, including managerial personnel. It is my sincere hope that by addressing these issues promptly and implementing necessary reforms, Mr.
Tire can regain the trust and confidence of its clientele. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that you will take appropriate steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I went in on a Sunday morning for 10am appt 15mins early. After sitting for 45min they finally took my vehicle back.
30mins later I pay for the oil change and what is advertised as a courtesy inspection and free tire rotation. I walk back in to get the yellow copy of services performed and ask about my coolant which I was told was good.
After looking over the paper work I noticed my inspection and tire rotation was not completed so I also checked my coolant which is below the minimum line so I called to inform them of my situation at that time the gentalman on the phone told me I didn't ask for the inspection or tire rotation that comes with the oil change even though it states it on the invoice and when I tried to explain that he asked if I was going to let him talk after trying to blame this mix up on my appointment name being spelled wrong. At this point I don't even want to go back to that location in Ellicott city Maryland but I would like the services I paid for to be preformed.

Had the brakes and rotos replaced approximately four months ago. After a 4 day rain and cold weather the rotors rusted so bad I couldn't move the car had to back up slowly to break the rust from the brake pads.
I've never encountered anything like this in my 50 years of having repairs done and brakes installed. As of this writing new brakes and rotors were installed by lester glenn of freehold a new car dealer. I have entrusted my car to mr tire of toms river for over 7 years. My reviews of your car repair center will be less than favorable with details of the product used.
I will not be returning for service again due to my safety concerns. After this occurred my concerns with stopping the car had me worried. It definitely affected the stopping of the car.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Clean the rims replace valve stems redid alignment but the wheels still off but I'm done

I had an oil change there in December 2023 the guy told me I needed an oil plug the next time I come in . The next day oil started leaking .
I went to see the guy 2/24/2024 he told me he will order it and to come back Monday so he could put it on . Well my appointment was at 2:00pm the guy came to me 3 different times and told me that it wasnt the plug it was something that cost 425$ the plug didnt fit . My husband came and told him that he said it was the plug and just put it on so he could get the car . The guy started yelling at him so an argument occurred another guy name Tyler Kinnison came up to my husband very rude and told him to get off the property and pushed him my husband hit him and a fight occurred they called us *** Very sad Im calling the BBB .
The guy didnt fix my car they took the oil out and pushed my car out and now your gonna have to call a tow truck. I paid him already for my services and they kept my 10.00 but also took my oil out that was still full from my oil change in December. I want my oil change monies back and also my 10.00$ that they kept.
The police were called and the African American manager did or said NOTHING!! HORRIBLE SERVICE I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE EVER .!!!

My husband and I went to Mr. Tires off Fayetteville Rd and my husband talked to a guy and told everything he wanted an oil change and to check his coolant because it was leaking.
So the guy said the coolant leak was the first he was going to check before the oil change. No phone call to let him know what's was going on and to see if wants to continue with service. They called when service was complete. Never did he say anything about charging for diagnostic fee which they broke the coolant hose and I know that for a fact because my husband and I looked at it before we went to that trash hole.So they ended up charging him for a diagnostic, coolant system labor and the oil change which they didn't charge for.
226 for nothing. That place will never and I mean never get my services again.

Preferred solution: The costs of the repairs currently needed. If Mr. Tires would not have touched that car, none of this would have happened. Repairs are now at $10,040, PLUS what I paid to Mr. Tire (the cause of all of this) at $2800 paid 3/5/24

Issue with solon location
My Audi Q3 broke down..
Triple A towed vehicle to solon Mr. Tire..
They called back and informed me in order to detect the problem would require a diagnostic which would cost I believe $165.00 an hour, I declined..
Told the man Id pick up the vehicle..
Stopped by the shop today and initially was shown the a receipt with a zero charge..The manager appeared and told the woman to charge me a two hour diagnostic fee..I disputed the charge..Next the manager proceeded to tell me off and to leave and to never returnI left and went back to the vehicle where two men from triple A were waiting ..upon my disbelief The manager followed me out and berated and threatened me.
We argued and he eventually went away. Is this how Mr tire treats all there customers
