Always get s second opinion if you need repairs with this business! They will scam you by telling you bogus repairs is needed then try to use scare tactics to convince you!
Even worse they will use a woman at front desk to text you the lie about fake repairs needed! Run with your wallet & your vehicle!

Verified ReviewerResolved: No resolution to new tire wobble issue
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I went to a different location of Mr Tire.
The manager there was outstanding.She remounted and road forced balanced all 4 tires. She then explained the original install was wrong.
Bought 4 new tires on 4/11/2025, mounted, balanced, and an alignment. Also bought an oil change and state inspection.
After picking it up, I could feel a vibration in the passenger rear of the vehicle. Took it back on 3/14/2025. The manager said the left rear was 2.5 oz out of balance and the issue was test-driven and fixed. Not!
Now there is a vibration in the passenger front. Obviously, they mounted the back tire on the front. There was no vibration before the original service. None.
A thousand dollars and driving my truck over 40 makes me nauseous.
By the way, they never reset the oil sensor either. I just want resolution.

The man left the store with my phone. The man there was very rude.
We have 2 cars. We will not use Mr Tire again.

They did a oil/filter change but didn't and they also damaged the oil drain plug and was leaking oil and they lied about that. They rotated the tires but didn't.
After taking to the manager about this he told me to contact corporate about it. I did talk to someone at corporate and they told me "oh well and not our problem." They also passed a vehicle that was totally unsafe for one of their buddies.

Problem with the service
In my life I have never face such a problem, I asked the manager to change my rear 2 tires with the new one, one of them was flat but the second one was good, the manager told me that my passenger side front tire was almost gone so she offered me to move 1 of my rear tire in the front and i agree with that but they changed passenger side front and rear tires with the new different type of tires , so now i got driver side front and rear similar tires , and passenger side front and rear similar tires, not what I asked, it's really dangerous, they refused to do what I asked them to do and they let me out

Never gonna go back to them, very poor service, manager and employee tried to put me in danger driving conditions , 443202**** that's my number if anyone wants to contact me

Scheduled appointment online received confirmation via text message was told to call to confirm availability of tires selected when I called receptionist kept saying I wasn't accepting anymore appointments. When I said we have a confirmation text she said not on the scheduled and not taking anymore appointments today I said but we have a confirmation text she said we'll your not on here and not taking anymore appointments in a very nasty voice.

Complaint about the manager and technician who worked on my car on Tuesday. They said I didn't need brakes, but here I am back today with no brakes, which is a serious safety issue. Please call me as soon as possible.

The matter has been resolved, and my car is now back in service.The alternator has been replaced at no cost.

Is is a 30 minute job I was charged over 400
I was charged for the replacement of an ignition coil. Still having issues with same ignition coil.
Then they never changed the spark plugs had to get someone to look at it.
Called because It should still be covered and was told they cant see me for this until Friday. Preparing for travel and now cant go anywhere.

I paid for a wheel alignment my alignment is even worse truthfully dont even believe it was done I have no mechanical issues with my vehicle my new tires a bald within the 2 weeks I had to replace 10 wheel studs after leaving that day my wheels are bent in which did not go into service like that my vehicle is well maintained this is my first time having a issue with this store

paid 414.00 on 07/22/24 on ac but not fixed . kept car for 10 days went to pick up said don't know what's wrong with it and said i can pick it up so I said just give me a inspection instead.Called me Tuesday and said car ac was ready but didn't say anything about inspection.Wife drove car home.The next morning i drive car to work ac not working.Take it back Tuesday afternoon to find out it keep blowing the fuse.Saying have to take to electrician.Car was never fixed and lied saying it was.Soon as you pull off the fuse blows and they knew this.And the inspection never was performed this is all they were suppose to be doing..

Dissatisfied wit manager
The company called me after I complained that the manager took my classic vehicle for a ride before looking at it on the lift when I only went in there for an alignment. I told her to answer me if it was the company practice to do this because I never witnessed this before and gone there for years ..she went silent. And of course when she called there they said they do..Lies as suspected...I expect if the policy changed or any policy it should be clearly stated which it isn't ..Mr Tire in Watertown New York are scams and mechanic *** .Any to turn a buck..Stay away from them especially if the new manager is still there

On 23 August 2024, I contacted Monroe Tires about issues related to tire installation at Mr. Tire in Oneonta, NY. The installation team broke the tire pressure sensors in two tires. When I returned the car, the store manager stated that these are specialty items that his facility is unable to address, and he recommended I take my car to the Mitsubishi dealership. The manager stated I am responsible to pay for the broken sensors.
I took my car to another garage that evaluated the tires. They told me that sensors do not just break. They stated that replacing tire sensors is not 'complicated' and does not need to be done by a dealership. They stated that paying for replacement is the responsibility of the mechanic that broke them. They advised me to call the corporate office. They provided me with a quote for the necessary repairs, and an invoice for the evaluation.
I contacted Monroe Tires (owner of Mr. Tire). They asked that I submit the above information along with the quotes.
I did that. Then... wait for it... wait for it... that's right, all I have been doing since is waiting. Nothing.
I call and get put on perpetual hold.

Verified Buyer |Displeasure of service and price
Today April 28, 2024 I purchased 2 tires at the Mr. Tire located on 7923 Belair Road
Baltimore, MD 21236.
I arrived approximately around 11am to inquire about prices for 2 tires for tire size 225/60R17. The technician I assume Manager Tayvon Patterson quoted me two prices for an Ironman GR906 for $130.99 and another brand I can't recall for $180. I advised him I would like the Ironman brand. After ringing everything up it came up to $503.
I thought that was a little unusual but I decided to purchase the $130 tires. After waiting for almost 3 hours, I started researching coupons and quotes online. That's when I noticed the $130 tires, he quoted to me where about $96 dollars and purchasing two with installation including tire alignment and all would be a quote of $265-$270. I approached him and asked if he honored the online quote and he advised me that the quote I received online did not include alignment and other things.
Then he told me he couldn't find the two Ironman tires and he wasn't going to stress about finding it in the store. He said he was going to substitute the tire with a Yokohama tire that was better. I was not pleased because although this tire may be a better quality it was a totally different tire. He then told me I could decline the service if I wanted.
Mind you I had already been sitting for 3 hours. When my car was finally complete at 3pm he seemed to change the receipt to match the $500 dollar price he quoted me originally. I didn't argue with this guy because I had been there for a total of 4 hours and I needed the tires. I am going to attach the quote I found and the second receipt he typed up afterwards.
He put a $175 Kuhmo tire on my car to increase the price. I have purchased from this franchise before and it is unfortunate that people are hired without integrity. I really feel like I was ripped off when I left this establishment.
If this is not the proper place to email complaint's, please provide me with the correct corporate contact information My final bill was $523 and 2 mismatch tires on my Hyundai Tucson. What can be done about this issue?
