Update by user Jul 27

After two months of phone calls, their corporate office finally reimbursed me the amount for the re-alignment.

Original review posted by user Jun 27

I was there to purchase new tires to be installed. I declined all other services, as I had just had the car serviced at the dealer.

The manager performed an alignment anyway, which he tried to say I needed and charge me for. When I stated I had declined that, he said he would include it as a courtesy. When I left the store, that's when I noticed my car pulling to the left, completely out of alignment. I took back to my dealer, who confirmed it was out, and realigned my car, but I had to pay for it.

I contacted Mr Tire immediately for reimbursement. They are complaining that they need this form and that receipt, so I called their corporate number.

They stated the same thing, so I had my dealer email the spec sheet, receipt, etc. They continue to ask for more documentation, and will not reimburse me.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $80.

Preferred solution: Reimbursement.

I didn't like: Dishonesty.
